What to Include
A few details let us act on your message straight away instead of writing back to ask:
- The email address on your ELA Map account — this is how we find you
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- For a purchase or billing question: the approximate date and amount of the charge
- For something visually wrong: the page you were on, and your browser and device
In-App Feedback
If you are signed in, the feedback button in the app is usually the better route for a bug. It is available on every page, and it attaches diagnostics automatically — the page you were on, your app state, and any errors the app recorded. That saves a round trip of questions.
Use email instead if you cannot sign in, or if the message is about billing.
